1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

These are the Terms of Service governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. All intellectual property rights over the products, software, code, algorithms, models, technical documents, and deliverables developed within the scope of our services will be the exclusive property of the CONTRACTED PARTY (Alma Intel). However, the client will have a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use it for internal purposes related to their corporate purpose. This license does not allow for the commercial exploitation, sublicense, resale, or assignment of the deliverables to third parties.

The Company may also use data in an anonymized and non-identifiable manner for the training, improvement, or development of its own models, algorithms, or solutions, but it is prohibited from commercializing or disclosing it in a way that allows for direct identification of the customer or their clients. The Company commits to ensuring that any data used for these purposes is properly anonymized, in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).

6. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.

9. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Company provides no warranty or undertaking that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, or operate without interruption.

10. Governing Law

The laws of Brazil, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

11. Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

12. Changes to These Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
